Happy Christmas

I went for a quick visit to the WA art gallery between catching busses after completing my CPR update the other day.

This painting by the very famous Warmun artist Queenie McKenzie was my Christmas pick of the day. Queenie started the clinic in Warmun and was instrumental in collaborating with the St John of God nuns and setting up a catholic school. The school philosophy is to merge with the aboriginal spirituality, this is evident in Queenie’s painting

During the holidays take your kids to see our wonderful state art gallery it is full of wonderful exhibits and special activities for kids. It will help foster creativity, a much needed trait to foster a happy healthy life.

We will be home with our 2 sons and Malin our daughter in law from Sweden and my parents, with lots of family visiting over the holiday period.

I will be available for lactation consults home visits in the Perth area during this time, as there are not so many resources available to breastfeeding families during this period. I also have baby weigh scales for hire and breastpumps for hire or sale.
